Report to exam room upon arrival

Assessment period - 9:00-11:00 am (morning)

12:35-2:35 pm (afternoon)

Tuesday February 3 is an assessment day with no classes for students grades 9-12

Assessment Procedures:

Regular classes are held for grades 7-9 during the assessment week except for Friday January 30.  There will be no classes for students grades 9-12 on Tuesday February 3 due to the Assessment day

Students writing assessments are to report to the assessment room upon arrival.

Assessments will be from 9:00 - 11:00 (morning) and 12:35-2:35 (afternoon) – students cannot be roaming the halls with assessments and classes in progress in other classrooms.

All assessments are written in the classroom assigned. Students may leave after the room and property when finished after the first 60 minutes of the assessment time

Students are to take only the supplies they need for the exams to their exam room.  There will be no cell phones, iPods, earbuds, books or extra papers allowed during the exam period. Jackets should not be worn and should not be placed on the back of their chair where pockets are easily accessible.

Those students who stay for the rest of the day who are not writing an assessment will report to the supervised study room after their assessment and return to the study room after their lunch break.
