* English 10 - 8:50 - 11:50 Jan 27th
Exam Procedures:
For Students
Students writing assessments are to report to the assessment room upon arrival.
Most exams will be from 8:50 - 10:50. The exception to this is student’s who are writing English 10 - that exam will start at 8:50 and run to 11:50 - If a student has completed the English 10 exam they may leave the exam room after 11:00 – students cannot be roaming the halls with exams and classes in progress in other classrooms.
All exams are written in the classroom assigned and all students will remain in the exam room for the entire period.
Students are to take only the supplies they need for the exams to their exam room. There will be no cell phones, iPods, earbuds, books or extra papers allowed during the exam period. Jackets should not be worn and should not be placed on the back of their chair where pockets are easily accessible. Electronic devices must be stored away out of sight or be placed in a designated area in the classroom.
Students may go home after their morning exam. Those students who stay for the rest of the day who are not writing an exam will report to the supervised study room after their exam and return to the study room after their lunch break.
